Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from that provider. We do not receive or store your third-party account password.
- Profile Information. Any additional information you voluntarily add to your profile, such as a display name, profile photo, language preferences, or other settings.
- User Content. Content you create, submit, or upload through the Service, including text, responses, messages, and any other materials you provide.
- Payment Information. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat). We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number or financial account details. We may receive limited transaction information such as your name, billing address, purchase amount, subscription status, and transaction identifiers.
- Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, including the content of your messages and any attachments.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages and screens visited, features used, actions taken, session duration, frequency of use, and referring URLs.
- Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system and version, device identifiers, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language settings.
- Log Data. Our servers automatically record information when you access the Service, including your IP address, access times, and error logs.
- Location Data. We may collect approximate location information derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise or GPS-based location data.
- Performance Data. We collect crash reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic data to maintain and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the Service, including processing your transactions, managing your account, and delivering features you request
- Personalize your experience, including adapting content and features to your preferences and usage patterns
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through our third-party payment processors
- Provide AI-powered features, including sending your content and inputs to third-party AI service providers to generate responses, recommendations, and other AI-assisted functionality (see "AI-Powered Features" below)
- Communicate with you, including sending transactional emails, push notifications, responding to support requests, and providing service-related notices
- Analyze and improve the Service, including monitoring usage patterns, identifying issues, and developing new features

AI-Powered Features
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide core functionality. When you use AI-powered features:
- Your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers. Content you submit (such as text, responses, and prompts) may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate responses and deliver the Service's AI features. These providers process your data pursuant to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements with them.
- We do not use your content to train AI models. Your personal content is not used by us or our AI providers to train or improve general-purpose AI models. Processing is limited to providing the Service's features to you.
- AI outputs are generated content. Responses generated by AI features are automated and may not always be accurate. You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors. We share necessary transaction information with payment processors, including Apple (for App Store purchases), Google (for Google Play purchases), Stripe, and RevenueCat, to process payments and manage subscriptions.
- AI Service Providers. We share your content and inputs with third-party AI providers as necessary to deliver the Service's AI-powered features. These providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as directed by us and in accordance with our data processing agreements.
- Infrastructure and Hosting Providers. We use third-party providers for hosting, storage, and infrastructure services that may process your data on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
- With Your Consent. We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our web-based services may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Our mobile applications may use similar on-device storage mechanisms for functionality and preferences.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the Service to you.
Your Right to Delete
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. When you delete your account:
- All personal data is permanently deleted. This includes your account information, profile data, User Content, usage history, and any other personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion is complete, not anonymized. We delete your data rather than merely anonymizing or de-identifying it.
- Deletion is processed promptly. We will complete deletion of your data within thirty (30) days of your request.
- Deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
To delete your account, use the account deletion feature within the Service or contact us at support@priori-labs.com.
Limited exceptions
We may retain only the minimum information strictly required by law (such as transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes) after account deletion. If we are required to retain any such information, we will inform you of what is retained and why.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law. Notification will be provided via email to the address associated with your account and, where required, through any additional means mandated by applicable state or federal law.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide you with certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@priori-labs.com.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with our Service.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this policy if a standard is established and we adopt a responsive approach.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the Service with a revised effective date.
